Hi, I’m Anne Evans, a Game Designer who loves creating interactive experiences that make people feel something. I’m inspired by the challenge of designing games that move players emotionally, make them think differently, or simply offer a moment of calm in a busy world.
I believe games are one of the most powerful storytelling mediums we have. Whether that meaning comes from a deeply emotional narrative or something as simple as a game that helps someone escape the noise of daily life, my goal has always been the same: to create experiences that connect, comfort, and inspire.
I’ve been fortunate to teach Baltimore City’s next generation of game designers as the Lead Game Design Instructor & Creative Media Manager at Code in the Schools, where I lead introductory through advanced courses in Unity and C#. In addition to teaching, I manage the organization’s creative media, overseeing website design, social media content, and visual storytelling that highlights our programs and impact.
Guiding students as they bring their first games to life has been incredibly rewarding, but my ultimate passion is to create meaningful games of my own. Thanks to my college experience, years of instruction, and personal development, I’ve built a strong foundation in game design, level design, and production. I’m always exploring new ways to develop experiences that connect with players and leave a lasting impression.
